This light weighted keyboard is perfect for practice. It's portable which makes it easy to carry anywhere...   With head phones, U can play morning, noon or night without anyone being disturbed.  

I happen to win this keyboard as a door prize during a Jeff Lorber /Yamaha Jazz Workshop.  And, I play it everyday.  Although it does not have input/output for external jack plug in ... I used phone output to connect to a Roland KC500 amp.  Turn amp & keyboard volume controls to low and gradually test the sound.

Just received my NP30 and I'm really pleased. The sound is very good, and the price is exceptional. I couldn't believe there was a 76 key Yamaha digital piano for $299!
