The Yamaha CBB105 carbon fibre bow was individually crafted by highly skilled artisans, and offer the utmost in performance and quality. It has beautiful, high quality appointments including an ebony frog, an abalone and silver inlay eye, and ebony with abalone on the silver button.

Yamaha has created a revolution in the string world by offering extremely high quality carbon fiber bows which are consistently produced — and at very affordable prices. At first, many professionals bought them as second bows to use for practice and when climatic conditions weren’t favorable to natural wood. But more and more of these players have discovered that the carbon fiber bows are equal to some of the best professional Pernambuco wooden bows; yet for only a fraction of their cost.

The fact that world-class soloists such as Pinchas Zukerman and Zakhar Bron use Yamaha bows is a testament to how well they play, and many orchestral players have begun using them as their main bows too. Yamaha’s carbon fiber bows can be used with complete confidence by discriminating artists in all musical situations.
