The new Ibanez AW30DVS Artwood acoustic guitar features a solid Engelmann spruce top, with mahogany back and sides. The Artwood series of Ibanez guitars features High Vibration Bracing (HVB) , which provides even greater strength and less resonance-interfering body contact than traditional scalloped bracing.
The Ibanez AW30 acoustic also features the AW headstock, complete with gold plated tuners with brown pearloid knobs. The Ramparts bridge offers easier action adjustments and saddle stability for increased resonance and string output.
The Ivorex II nuts on the AW30DVS are stronger and more durable than bone, and even harder than the original Ivorex. Ivorex II allows brilliant highs and more pronounced lows with less mid-range which makes Ivorex II-fitted guitars perfect for amplification.
