The Ibanez AEL acoustic electric guitar series offers the largest body of the Ibanez AE acoustic-electric guitars, making it very well suited for unplugged as well as plugged-in live performance. To complement the warm lows of the larger AEL body, the Fishman Pickup and Ibanez Shape Shifter preamp were chosen for their natural and warm sound reproduction.

The onboard tuner on the Ibanez AEL20ETBS acoustic guitar is very easy to use, and works like it should. The tuner indicates the string being tuned and the “in tune” light turns green when the correct pitch is reached. The AEL30E guitar has one of the best built-in tuners we’ve ever seen. Other features of note are the flamed maple top, maple back and sides, abalone rosette, and gold finished die cast tuners. The package is completed with a stunning high gloss sunburst finish that makes the Ibanez AEL20ETBS guitar as beautiful as it is practical.
