Description
The new Casio AP200 digital piano is the perfect partner to accompany you as you play your first chord and enter the world of piano music. This new digital piano offers 11 tones, including two sophisticated grand piano tones. The Casio AiF sound source produces an extremely authentic, complex piano sound, and a weighted, scaled hammer-action keyboard is just as much a part of the high-quality AP-200 as the three pedals, the layer function and the split tones that enable tone combinations.

We shopped around for a digital piano that met our budget, and we found it and the best deal in the Casio PX100. It's a great buy and has ample features.

Reviewer: Kasey Phifer from Two Harbors, MN United States

I'm an up-and-coming musician (the words I prefer to "starving artist:) and I was looking for something affordable with 88 keys.  The Casio PX100 was perfect!  It came with a free double-X brace stand and pedal.

Now, for the things you don't hear from other people...   Contrary to what advertisers may boast, the sound does not "rival a grand piano"  --nothing can, really, unless it's a grand piano.  I think the sound is pretty good considering everything.  The pedal that came with seemed like it would break any second, so I bought a new one.  The only other drawback was no output jacks for amps.  Only headphone and midi.  This isn't much of a problem though; I found a converter at radio shack for $4.

If you want to get a keyboard and are on a budget, by all means purchase this one! (Especially if you travel to alot of gigs--it's compact and lightweight)
