Payment Information
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Andy's Music Online accepts the following payment methods:


International Orders must pay via PAYPAL.

Credit Card payments: For your protection, we use address verification to verify valid credit card information. Please be sure the provided street address and zip code match the billing address of your credit card. Please enter all information correctly. Data entry errors will cause delays.

We are only authorized to ship to your billing address. If you would like to have your order  shipped to an address other than your billing address please contact your credit card company (phone number on the back of your card) and have them add the alternate shipping address to the notes section of your credit card account.

PayPal Customers: Please note we will only ship to your authorized PayPal address. Orders paid via PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. This usually requires 3-4 business days from the date payment is initiated. International Orders must pay via PAYPAL.  For more information or help with PayPal please click here.

USPS Money Orders: When sending in a USPS money please understand that your order will not be processed until the money order has arrived.  Therefore, we are unable to hold merchandise or order merchandise in anticipation of the arrival of the USPS money order.

Purchase Orders: Schools may submit Purchase Orders. Please contact us for payment terms and conditions.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Only items shipped to addresses inside the state of Alabama are subject to sales taxes.
Why must AndysMusicOnline.com verify my shipping address?
 

To protect you (and us) from credit card fraud, we must verify that your alternate shipping address is authorized (on file) with your credit card company, if your shipping and billing address are different.


If the billing and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and list your shipping address as an alternate address in their memo field. This can usually be done within 24 hours. We will call them and verify the address. Please make sure your credit card issuer bank's phone number is listed in your order.
