January 2008 - Ibanez has recently announced new finishes and pickups to the Ibanez SR300 series basses. The new finishes include Iron Pewter, Roadster Orange Metallic, and Starlight Blue.

All Ibanez SR300 models have been upgraded with a 3-band sweeper style EQ, and feature the Ibanez EXF angled pickups with equal spacing between pickup to string for balanced output levels. The new SR300 basses should be available by the end of January.
